Nexus Cloud
Cloud SaaS (software only)
Multi-project, multi-subsystem SaaS: strategy orchestration, cross-project benchmarking and energy accounting in the cloud; carbon figures are a derived report, not a separate business. No on-site hardware required.
Software onlyMulti-projectStrategy orchestration
From the cloud platform to the field terminal,
one EnerBlue covers it all
Nexus handles portfolio-wide coordination and presentation, Box handles building-level control and on-site testing, Tap closes the AI loop inside a single process. Each tier carries local compute and keeps working when the link drops.

Cloud for portfolio-wide coordination, edge for system-level control and diagnostics, device for a single process loop. They stack — most projects start small.

Nexus Station
All-in-one on-prem station
Private deployment with local compute and time-series storage; complex models supported, data never leaves the campus.
On-premLocal computeData stays inside
03
Box Governor
Control & tuning engine
Plant-room AI control: built-in real-time logic plus parameter tuning, second-level execution across chillers, pumps, towers and terminals.
Real-time controlTuningSecond-level
04
Box Optima
Optimisation-only engine
Tuning without taking over: for plants that already have stable BMS control and want parameter optimisation on top.
Tuning onlyKeeps existing BMSProgressive
05
Box Detect
Portable test kit
Measure only: one host plus up to 32 wireless nodes (temperature, humidity, power, flow), deployed in minutes to produce a diagnosis and M&V data.
Measure onlyPlug and play≤ 32 nodes

Tap AHU
Air-handling units
Supply-air temperature/humidity, fresh-air ratio and fan frequency tuned together, with the AI loop closed at the terminal.
Supply airFresh-air ratioVFD fans
07
Tap DH
Industrial dehumidification
Adjusts regeneration and supply air to process demand instead of running flat out; ~20% lower dehumidification energy measured on site.

08
Tap GR
Grain storage
Grain-condition monitoring linked to temperature and humidity control; aeration runs only when the silo actually needs it.
Grain monitoringTemp/humidity linkAutonomous
All Tap terminals use the same IoT compute gateway — the difference is the scenario model and strategy loaded into it. Switching scenarios is a remote deployment, not new hardware.
More scenarios (heat pump, PVT, control panel) extend the Tap family on the same gateway; Box Guard (safety alarms) and Box Twin (digital twin) are planned.
Not in the catalogue,
but every site needs them
The protocol gateway and the wireless module are the two data paths in: one wired, one wireless.
Industrial computing gateway
IG100 / IG200 · protocol gateway
Brings field devices in: Modbus and BACnet conversion plus data acquisition, forwarded up to Box or Nexus. It carries no control strategy.
Protocol conversionData acquisitionMulti-device
LoRa wireless module
Wireless sensing · self-forming network
Adds measurement points without cabling: temperature, humidity, power and flow sensors report over LoRa, used with Box Detect or the Tap terminals.
No cablingSelf-formingBattery powered
Both are configured per site and not priced as standalone products; quantity and protocol are fixed after the survey.

| Need | Recommended | Lead time |
|---|---|---|
| Understand the baseline before touching control | Box Detect portable kit (1–2 week baseline) | 1–2 weeks |
| Automatic plant control plus continuous tuning | Box Governor, plus Nexus Cloud for multi-site | 8–12 weeks |
| Existing BMS, only parameter headroom to gain | Box Optima (keeps the existing logic) | 4–6 weeks |
| Portfolio benchmarking and savings accounting | Nexus Cloud with Box or Tap on site | 2–4 weeks |
| Data must stay inside the campus | Nexus Station all-in-one | 4–6 weeks |
| One process loop (dehumidification / grain / AHU) | Tap DH / GR / AHU | 2–4 weeks |

| Tier | Product | Model & compute | Local UI | Typical use |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cloud | Nexus Cloud | No local compute (software only) | Cloud dashboards, energy & carbon reports | Groups, portfolios |
| Cloud | Nexus Station | Local compute, complex models | Full cloud UI, on-prem | Campus, data residency |
| Edge | Box Governor | Edge compute, complex models | Local dashboards, curves, 3D | Plant rooms |
| Edge | Box Optima | Edge compute, optimisation | Local UI, no control takeover | Plants with BMS |
| Edge | Box Detect | None (measure only) | Mini-app / web | Diagnostics, M&V |
| Device | Tap DH / GR / AHU | Light models (lookup + small) | Main screen + key reports | Single-process loops |
Tiers work independently: if the cloud link drops, edge control continues; if the edge link drops, devices keep closing their loop.
